1910 | Born in Hyogo, Japan | |
Because of the influence from his grandfather who was a Japanese-style painter, he started to paint since his early childhood. | ||
1928–29 | Learned Japanese-style painting from Koizumi Katsuji | |
1930 | Started oil painting. Tried to create the works with steels. | |
1936 | The Landscape with Steel Scraps was exhibited in the 5th Dokuritsu-ten (After that, he submitted the works every time except 7th Dokuritsu-ten.) Studied under Suda Kunitaro | |
1947 | Awarded “Dokuritsu-Award” | |
1949 | Recommended for the member of Dokuritsu Association. | |
1953 | Moved to Tokyo. | |
1973 | The collection of his wood cut prints “Fuyajo” “Kawaibana” were published. | |
The collection of his prints “Shojo-Raisan” was published. | ||
1980 | The collection of his artworks was published (Limited to 300 copies.) | |
1987 | Died in Augsut 8th. | |
