We are pleased to announce that we hold the exhibition of Mokuta Takeo, who used
wood scraps and iron scraps to make his artworks.
We hold this exhibition to mark 20th anniversary of his death. His works are considered as
an early example of asiatic sensitivity expressed in the contemproray artworks.
The title of his late works "Bon" means "purity", and "Miarei"means "Rebirth of God" in Sanskrit.
He expressed his regret to nature by making wood scraps and iron scraps that were the waste from
the human civilization as his art. We wish you will see and enjoy the exhibition.
